The "Royalty Benefit Auction" is held every Spring. As the name implies, its purpose is to raise money to send our king and queen to the annual TCI Convention which is held in July, where our queen will represent us in the Miss Tall International Pageant. Members donate goods and services which are auctioned off to other members. Volunteers host the event and act as auctioneers and record keepers. We generally have a cookout and turn the whole day into a party, although this year bad weather forced us to stay inside. But we still partied. All proceeds go to the Royalty Benefit Fund.
