The Miss and Mr. Tall Boston 2001 Pageant was held in conjunction with the Boston Beanstalks' eighteenth anniversary dance on January 27, 2001 at the Veronique Ballroom in the Longwood Towers in Brookline, Massachusetts. There were 110 in attendance for dinner and 150 for the pageant and dance. Those traveling the longest distances to the pageant were Susanna Lehmann (San Francisco), and Miss Tall International, Jere Shields (Denver). 

	The evening started with a lovely cocktail hour followed by dinner. Then we had the room reset for the pageant.

	Our hosts were 2000 Queen Iris Berdrow and King Stefan Shcherby.

	Queen Iris and King Stefan take off - in their leather - to the tune of Leader of the Pack. Ok, it wasn't a real motorcycle, but if you weren't looking, you couldn't tell as the music, performed and edited by Stefan, certainly sounded real.
